Jp9 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

2 User Eligibility

To be eligible to use the jp9 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that specifically prohibits online gambling.
• Is not currently on the self-exclusion list of any recognised responsible gambling programme.
• Register only one personal account in your own name, not on behalf of anyone else.
• Has never had an account terminated by jp9 previously for fraud or breach of terms.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at jp9. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of available funds.

• Full name matching your official identification document.
• Accurate date of birth for age verification purposes.
• An active email address used exclusively for one jp9 account.
• A valid and reachable Malaysian phone number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and jp9 account login details. jp9 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

4 Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

Jp9 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including online banking, digital wallets, and instant transfers in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All transactions are processed through a secure, integrated payment system with high-level encryption.

The terms relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

7 Prohibited Activities & Unauthorised Use

Using the jp9 platform for illegal purposes or in a manner that compromises platform integrity is strictly prohibited. The following activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Any form of fraud, including falsification of registration information or identity verification.

9 Liability Limits

• jp9 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.
• jp9's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• jp9 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, such as natural disasters, internet infrastructure issues, or government actions.

10 Account Termination & Suspension

Jp9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time for reasonable cause, including breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of relevant authorities.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the jp9 support team. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method once all verification requirements are met and there are no active wagers or outstanding bonuses.

• Account closure upon user request will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Accounts terminated due to fraud are not eligible for any refund.
• Players enrolled in a self-exclusion program may request immediate account closure through the Responsible Gaming section.
